AuraKin AI is designed for use by parents and guardians to manage family information. Children do not create accounts directly. Information about children (names, birth dates, health data, photos) is entered and managed solely by their parent or guardian account holders. We treat all child-related data with the highest level of care and restrict access through our family permissions system.
7. Family Sharing & Permissions
Our granular permission system gives family owners full control over what data is visible to each family member. You can restrict which people and pets each member can see, and whether they have read-only or read/write access. Family owners can modify permissions at any time through the Family Network settings.
8. Your Rights & Choices
- Access & Update: You can view and update your personal information through your Profile page at any time.
- Delete Data: You can delete individual records (children, pets, photos, health data, messages) through the respective sections of the app.
- Account Deletion: You may request complete deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us at the email below.
- Advertising Preferences: Upgrade to a Basic or Premium plan to remove advertisements.
- Google Calendar: You can connect or disconnect Google Calendar integration at any time. Revoking access removes our ability to read or write to your calendar.
9. Cookies & Tracking
We use cookies to provide and improve our Service. When you first visit AuraKin, a cookie consent banner allows you to choose which cookies you accept.
- Essential Cookies: Required for authentication and core functionality. These include session tokens, CSRF protection tokens, and OAuth state cookies. They cannot be disabled as the app won't function without them.
